Welcome to V-Shot Pro ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles user information, media files, and device permissions in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.

1. Local On-Device Video Processing

Your privacy and media security are our highest priorities. All video editing, subtitle generation, audio mixing, cropping, trimming, and effects rendering are performed 100% locally on your device using FFmpeg and local processing engines.

                No Cloud Uploads: Your personal photos, videos, audio recordings, and edited projects are never uploaded, stored, or processed on external cloud servers.
            

2. Information and Permissions We Access

To provide video editing features, V-Shot Pro requests permission to access certain capabilities on your device with your explicit consent:

Photos & Videos (Storage Access): Required exclusively to allow you to browse, pick, preview, and edit media files from your gallery, and to save exported videos back to your device.
Microphone / Audio Recording: Required only when you use the in-app voiceover recording feature to add audio or commentary to your videos.
Network / Internet: Used for fetching remote app configuration, previewing royalty-free music samples, and serving ads.

We do not access your files without your explicit selection in the app interface.

3. Third-Party Services & SDKs

To support ongoing development and provide app functionality, V-Shot Pro integrates trusted third-party services that may collect standardized technical identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID, IP address, and crash data):

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, cookies, and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy: Google Privacy Policy.
Firebase (Remote Config): Used to deliver non-personal configuration values and ensure smooth app operation.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because V-Shot Pro does not operate a user account system or transmit your media to cloud servers, we do not retain your personal videos, photos, or audio recordings. You have full control over your media files on your local device storage at all times.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

V-Shot Pro is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Security

We value your trust in providing access to your device's media. Since all editing operations happen locally in sandboxed app storage and follow Android's scoped storage security standards, your media remains private and secure on your device.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our features or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted here and inside the application. We recommend reviewing this policy occasionally for any changes.
